Please read the following rules and regulations.
- Selected rides in Wild Wadi have a minimum height requirement of 1.1 meters - therefore please note that guests below 1.1 meters will not have access to all rides within the park.
- Upon presentation of a child ticket, if the guest is measured at the entrance and found to be above 1.1 meters, the guest will be asked to pay the difference for an adult ticket of the same ticket type or discount if available.
- Complimentary access for children two years of age and under is available upon presentation of government issued identification for the child showing his/her age.
- Rates and opening hours are subject to change without prior notice.
- Tickets cannot be refunded or cancelled.
- Certain rides, attractions or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.
- Dated daily single use tickets are valid for the scheduled date only.
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an individual aged 16 years or older to enter the waterpark.
- A proof of residency (UAE National ID, Residence Visa) will be requested at the main entrance to avail certain discounts. General admission rates will be charged if UAE residency cannot be established.
- Wild Wadi Waterpark reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
