Ticket Policy:

1. Persons between the ages of 4 and 12 are considered “Junior” and can access the park with the purchase of a Junior General Admission ticket.
2. Persons aged 13 and above are considered “Adult” and can access the park with the purchase of an Adult General Admission ticket.
3. Children who are 3 years old and under can enter the park for free.
4. Government-issued photo ID is required as proof of age and identity.
5. Tickets purchased on this website (dohaquest.com) will be sent via email to the email address provided by the purchaser. If this email is not received, please contact us at +974 4410 3444.
6. Guests will need to present the original ticket or online e-ticket at the ticketing counters to access the Park.
7. Tickets grant general admission to one person per ticket only.
8. Tickets are only valid on the selected date.
9. General Admission tickets may not be valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.
10. Tickets are void if they are expired, already scanned, or tampered with.
11. Duplicating, reprinting, or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Violations will be subject to legal liability.
12. By purchasing a ticket, guests are deemed to have accepted all Quest terms and conditions.

Ride Restrictions

13. Rides and attractions at Quest have height requirements. Guests' ability to access a ride depends on their height, and some rides require younger guests to be accompanied by an adult. Ride restrictions are displayed on the website, next to each ride, and at the main entrance.

Cancellation Policy:

14. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in cases of cancellations and/or no-shows.
15. Guests may amend their booking 48 hours before their confirmed park visit date; the new date will be subject to availability. Failure to do so will result in neither amendment nor refund.

General Terms & Conditions:

16. Food, drinks, and illicit items are not allowed in the park.
17. Opening hours are subject to change without prior notice.
18. Rides, attractions, and associated facilities may be closed, under maintenance, delayed, or suspended without prior notice and indemnity to the guest.
19. Restaurants may be closed, under maintenance, or undergo changes in working hours without prior notice and indemnity to the guest.
20. All guests must comply with the Park’s health and safety measures, and with each ride and attraction’s requirements and restrictions.
21. Quest will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained in the Park.
22. Quest reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest for valid reasons, including behavioral reasons.
